The A-3 version was produced from spring 1942 and was distinguished by the use of the more powerful BMW 801 D-2 engine and the first-time use of supplementary conversion kits for underwing armament. The aircraft model of the Focke-Wulf Fw190 A-3, built from COBI bricks, is an accurately reproduced low-wing monoplane in 1:32 scale from World War II.
